This 5 bedroom 5 bath, immaculately decorated home is sure to satisfy the needs of the entire family or group. Enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The Sea Sage sleeps up to 12 people comfortably with a bunk room under the stars for the kids. Come and experience the salt air either on the beach or at the wonderful Pointe West Beach Club just a stroll or golf cart ride away. Take a swim in the large Beach Club pool, bayside lazy river (***Must purchase wristbands from Pointe West- Additional fee***) or have a sea side meal at the Pointe Restaurant. Fabulous Property
We had a great Girls Weekend at this lovely house. I loved that there were enough bathrooms for everyone. The bedrooms have nice beds that are comfy and the bunkbed room with the lights in the ceiling is perfect for kids even though we enjoyed it as adults too. Location to the beach is perfect. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next weekend a this lovely house.

Great spring break
Had a great time! Lots of room and baths for the entire family! Loved being right by the board walk to the beach! A little farther drive into town than realized! That has its pluses, for quite beach, and negatives for getting food and entertainment . Overall great stay!

Love Pointe West
We have stayed in Pointe West for the last 10 years on Easter Weekend. Our family has grown so we rented a larger home this year. Sea Sage was wonderful, plenty of room, and right next to cross over walkway to beach. The littles loved the stars illuminating the ceiling in the bunk room.

This was our second time to stay at the Sea Sage property and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first. The house is comfortable and spacious. The boardwalk to the beach is right next to the property, and the views of the beach from the home are fantastic. We all had a lovely time.

Great location, can walk right down to beach. Large rooms in home for getting together with nine people was easily done. Good bedrooms and bathrooms. Will book this house again.

This is a beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. Right next to the beach walk way and sunrise and sunset views. We hope to stay here again.

Family Beach Vscation
Everything needed for a great family beach vacation. Large Sandy beach, warm water and a house that comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4 grandkids. Build sandcastles & ride the waves in the morning and swim at the pool club in the afternoon.
