Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
🎮 Game Room & Cinema – Enjoy arcade games or catch a movie in the on-site cinema. Sign in and out required for Game-On equipment. Children under 18 years of age must have an adult present to play pool.
💪 Fitness Center – Stay active with a fully equipped gym. No children under 12 years of age allowed. Children ages 12 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in fitness center. Re-Rack all free weights. Please wipe equipment after each use with provided hand towel.

Pet Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED.
Parking: There is room for 2 cars in the parking lot. Wristband and Parking Tags required, so please register at the front desk on 2nd floor.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
-No pets allowed.
- Guests must be 25+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
-GLASS IS NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE YOUR CONDO DOOR.
-Please do NOT feed the birds on the property.
-Do NOT: Hang, pour, throw, or climb on Balcony.
-Wristbands and parking tags are required! register at front desk! Wristbands change daily and MUST be worn at all times!
-$75 charge for any lost keys and parking passes not returned!

-NO HANGING TOWELS/SWIMSUITS ON BALCONY.
-NO JET SKIS, BOATS, KAYAKS, LUGGAGE RACKS, OR TRAILERS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
