Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.
Parking: There is room for 1 car on the street, plus 2 more in back of the home. Any vehicles blocking or parking in neighbors' driveways will be towed at owners expense.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Parking: There is room for 1 car on the street, plus 2 more in back of the home. Any vehicles blocking or parking in neighbors' driveways will be towed at owners expense.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
