Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.
Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Welcome to Jamaica Cove! Upstairs, a spacious living area boasts plush seating and a large TV – perfect for movie nights with popcorn and laughter. Located in the living room, a foosball table and a bar area set the stage for friendly competitions and fun.
Around the corner, a bright kitchen with top-notch appliances and ample counter space awaits your culinary creations. Tiered bar seating makes entertaining easy. Sliding glass doors lead to a lovely dining area overlooking the peaceful canal, where you can create lasting memories over shared meals.
The main level master suite boasts a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, with a connected area with two full-over-full bunk beds for the kids. Two additional bedrooms with king-sized beds and a beachy vibe complete the upstairs sleeping quarters. There is also a full bathroom that serves both guest bedrooms and the living area. For additional bedrooms, head on downstairs. There are two bunk rooms each with a full-over-full bunk bed that share a jack-and-jill bathroom.
Multiple outdoor living areas offer space for everyone. A covered grilling area on the ground level makes barbecue nights a breeze. Unwind by the fire pit with colorful Adirondack chairs, perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying stunning sunsets. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
