Downstairs Amenities:
Open into the first floor (must take stairs from downstairs patio) into the open-concept layout which seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and socializing. In addition, the first nicely appointed guest room has a dedicated full bath with tub/shower and it overlooks the green space with the bay just beyond.

Gourmet Kitchen/Dining Room
Equipped with all the appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with bar seating, this kitchen has everything you need to prepare nourishing meals for your group. Whether you’re brewing your morning coffee (Coffee pot or french press?) or whipping up a gourmet dinner, you’ll appreciate the beach view along with modern conveniences.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a beautiful wooden table with seating for eight. Enjoy your meals while taking in the panoramic views of the ocean through the windows, or for a more casual dining experience, take your plates outside to the deck, where an alfresco dining area for 6 awaits.

Downstair Guest Bedroom: The entry level bedroom is a versatile space with a queen-size bed and a dedicated bathroom.

Master Suite: Wake up to the sound of waves and the sight of the sun over the ocean. This room features a king-size bed, a private balcony overlooking the beach, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities.

Upstairs King Guest Bedroom: The bedroom also boasts bay views and includes a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Bunk Bedroom: Perfect for children or friends, the bunk bedroom offers two twin bunk-beds and access to a nearby full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Outdoor Living
One of the highlights of our Galveston beachfront home is the extensive outdoor living space. Two large decks furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying evening cocktails. “Good For Your Sol” also has a fenced yard to play with the kids! The downstairs patio has a picnic table with a charcoal grill and a propane grill as well as a outdoor shower for a decadent experience, or just to rinse off the kids after the beach. :)

Steps from the deck, you’ll find a path leading directly to the sandy beach, where you can spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and building sandcastles. Our home is 5 houses from the walk-over. Beach access is also available from the Beach Club.
