Away from the crowds yet close to everything

Welcome to Galveston Island known for its beaches and rich history. Galveston offers many attractions such as Schlitterbahn Water Park and Moody Gardens where glass pyramids house sharks, monkeys and other animals. Visit the historical Galveston Pleasure Pier with shops, restaurants, arcade and amusement rides all out over the ocean. There is a train museum and two WWII ship museums at Seawolf Park. Johnson Space Center,
mission control, is twenty minutes away. Lastly Galveston hosts one of the largest historical districts in the country. The Strand District has the largest collection of early 19th Century commercial architecture anywhere in the United States. The city also hosts a half dozen or more of famous Victorian Style mansions open to the public. Come play, relax and enjoy the rich history. There is construction going on but not to this unit.
The pool construction is set to begin on November 18th 2024.
The Resort pool area will remain CLOSED until March of 2025.
Which means we will be without the hot tub, kiddie pool, and resort pool.
The heated pool will remain open.

Parking Fee 10.00 per night per vehicle
All bathrooms are located upstairs. There is a small set of stairs (8 treads) after the 3rd floor elevator to reach our front door.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!
We came to town for a cheer competition and the place was perfect for us! Everything was nice and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful! I loved all the rabbits running around. Pools were beautiful and hot tub was very relaxing. Overall, it was a fun place to be!!

girls weekend away
Plenty of room for 5 of us. Only thing is both bathrooms are upstairs and none downstairs. It was a great location yet away from all the hustle and bustle.

Nice interior of condo. Clean and well stocked. Great views of ocean and pools. Gorgeous landscape. Construction was an eye sore and property is a bit dated. The owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Relaxing Location with Wonderful View
Great location with a wonderful view. We had a small hiccup when we first arrived but the host acted fast and went above and beyond. There are some renovations going on but the workers are very kind and pleasant to converse with.

Condo was very clean, & spacious. We loved that the location was away from the main part of Galveston. It was quiet with little traffic, and the beach was just right across the street.

Condos have 3 different pool areas to choose from and is located where you can walk across the street to a nice beach along the sea wall. Everything in Galveston is less than 10 minutes away.

Condo in Galveston
Great location on the Seawall! The patio view is amazing over looking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. If you have trouble with stairs, there are about 10 stairs to get to the front door and both rooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd floor of the condo. We me friends for a weekend getaway! We had a nice time!

Nice place to stay!
It was a very nice condo on the inside, it was clean and the appliances were nice. The water pressure was terrible, but that was the only negative inside the condo. Outside was so so, there was construction going on, and one of the elevators was out, it just happened to be the one we needed. The beach is close and there was parking everyday even on the 4th of July. Overall we had a great stay!

Beautiful Property
We had such an enjoyable time at this location. The weather was not the greatest but with the heated pool and the grills located at the pool area was lovely. There was some construction and an elevator was down but to have access to an elevator was also a plus. We were not looking forward to lugging everything up the stairs so it was a good saver.

Enjoyable Maravilla Visit
The condo was nicely redone. The view from the lanai was beautiful. The pool was really nice. The grounds themselves were nice, even though the street-presence left a bit to be desired as the as they were significantly under repair and didn’t show well. There was a problem with the cleaning service, so the condos was down-rated, but the owner made quick adjustments. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Maravilla!

Loved the condo. Beds were comfortable. Very close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was warm and refreshing. The boys liked the close proximity to go kart track. Crossing the highway to get to the gulf was tricky on the weekend due to large amount of traffic. No cross walk or lights. Would recommend this place

It was perfect! The beach is across a busy street but the pool is amazing so we didn’t get in the ocean. The lady at check in told us there wasn’t a elevator for us and it’s on the 3rd floor!! We took all of our luggage up 87 stairs!!! When we walked out we saw people going to the right out of the front door and down 10 steps there was a elevator!!!! So if you stay there, there is a elevator!!!! The condo is perfect!! If you go out the door in the 2nd Bedroom you can see the sunset & out the other bedroom watch the sunrise!! The owner was great to work with and responded quick with any questions!!

Spring Break Getaway
We enjoyed the overall stay at the community. Water pressure was really low in both of the showers which is something I don’t know if the owner would be able to fix but definitely something to maybe look at. Overall plenty of space and the balcony had a terrific view!. Furniture in the living room is not very comfortable, but luckily, I had a TV in my bedroom so I was able to watch all my shows in the comfort of my bad
