"Had a fantastic stay, room was lovely, immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and amazing quality ingredients. "The property manager amazing full of knowledge very friendly and so helpful. Lovely breakfast, we had a lovely sunny room with a view of the harbour, easy walk to the waterside, highly recommend "

"Stayed for one night for a wedding - staff were kind and helpful and stored our bags for us. Room was clean and well furnished, the fluffy bath robes were a nice touch. Comfy beds and a good breakfast. Good parking and convenient for us for the wedding location. Nearby to lots of attractions in the area."

"Location for us was excellent. Very comfy bed, space for our dog too with close access to community rose garden. Lovely places to eat drink- favourites were, Chubbs wine bar and Clementines. "

"Nikki and Ian were brilliant hosts, nothing you asked was to much bother. Breakfast was as little or as much as you wanted. All fresh ingredients even the bread was baked next door, would highly recommend."

"Jo and Martin run a very efficient and friendly business. The B&B is in a great location and the availability of off street parking is a bonus. Lots of choices for breakfast and Jo provided tourist advice which was very useful."

" Overall this nice little BnB is very good. The hostess is very friendly and helpful with local sights etc. Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by a very uncomfortable mattress.There was a slant to the room which caused feet higher than head. Had to move around bedding and place cushions under mattress, but still could not sleep. The curtains were too thin, so at 530am the room was very bright. We booked for 3 nights, but left after 2 due to lack of sleep."

"An amazing B&B. I've stayed in many in my time but this was by far and away the cleanest and most friendly. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Torquay. Hosts were welcoming from the outset. Great location an easy 10 - 15 min walk to the town. Perfect place to stay great breakfast with options."

"We stayed in Heathcliff House for a couple nights in August and had a very pleasant stay. Alex and Stacey were both really welcoming and the breakfast was lovely which catered for vegetarians (a huge factor for me!). The car park was also a bonus for us, however the beach and town centre were both in walking distance and public transport very close by too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in Torquay 😊"

"We loved our stay in Brixham and couldn't get enough of the view from the living area. The property has everything you need and more. We loved having the option of a bath and a shower and even with my fear of heights, I managed the external staircase! We enjoyed lots of walks and some cycling. Would recommend researching the route to Kingswear better than we did. Very beautiful but more challenging than we anticipated! We thoroughly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to book...
