Everything was unbelievable beautiful and thought through (the pictures don’t even do justice) The owner and staff was the most friendly we experienced throughout our travels in Italy and the service was top. "We had problems with the AC and couldn't sleep well. However, the next day the manager moved us to a much better room. Although there were no activities for kids (most of the clients were families traveling with kids), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and new. "The property was conveniently located near popular beaches. It was very clean and the staff was excellent and attentive. The Continental breakfast was good and on time (served to your room) and the coffee was excellent. There were however, some issues with the wifi and the TV which made winding down at night and contacting our family back home very frustrating. "Wir haben schöne Sommerferien (9 Tage) in der Residence Elena verbracht, welche sich an sehr ruhiger Lage befindet. Ein Auto wird benötigt, da Strände und die Stadt Gallipoli einige Kilometer entfernt sind. Gratis Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Unsere Wohnung befand sich in sauberem Zustand und hatte eine wunderbare Terrasse. Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
