"This is our 3rd stay at Casa Ananda prior to flying out of Milan. We will continue to use Casa Ananda. The rooms are impeccably clean, the owners are delightful, and 3 blocks from the hotel is a really really good restaurant with high quality pizzas, pastas, and the best tartar we had on a 2 week trip in the Italian Alps. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport, and if you are in a rental car, there is a gas station on the way."

"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."
