"Rooms need better maintenance, and cleaning... We had some problems- no key to the room, TV was not working. It took some time till they took care of it. we got instructions for check in via WhatsApp, which was fine if everything worked perfect... The View is great, also breakfast was good and homy"

"Property is clean, peaceful, quiet. Wish the pool had better hours(closes too early & opens late), we did not get to enjoy it. Also, not enough towels are provided for additional person even after you pay for the extra person fee. We asked reception and extra towels was not provided! "

"Staff were amazing. Friendly & Helpful. Facilities are great and well cared for, clean and maintained. Food was excellent, great variety. Staff throughout the resort as well as restaurant staff were helpful, polite and very ontop of everything. Really a great place to relax and enjoy and feel you're getting value for your money. Thanks for making a relaxing and enjoyable experience"

"We spoke to the property owner one week prior, and asked about early check in, since 4pm was too close to the onset of Shabbos. He said we could check in at 11am. We arrived at 12pm. When we got there, we were told 'he's sorry, but the apartment is no longer available'. Keep in mind that we landed from the US that morning, and we are a family with 5 children. Verbo said they couldn't help us until the 4pm check-in time, which was too late for us. The other option was to speak to the owner, who...

The best spa hotel in Israel

"This spa hotel is absolutely magnificent, starting with its location featuring natural views, beautiful landscapes, and herb gardens. The tasteful interior design, blending rustic and modern/classic elements, creates a wonderful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotless. The hotel's restaurant offers an enormous variety of dishes in a welcoming buffet style. This was our second stay, and it has become our top choice for a vacation spot in Israel. The only disappointment was the limited TV entertainment options, which included only basic channels and no VOD."
