"I was traveling with my my 17 year old daughter. I did not feel safe and left within 5 minutes of arriving. We travel all over the USA and we've stayed in san pedro and San ignacio. We are not divas by any means. We love to camp so when I say it was bad it was. The door handle did not latch let alone lock. There was a dead bolt that worked. Nine of the windows locked. "IT WAS CLEAN, LARGE, SAFE, GREAT LOCATION FROM AIRPORT. WE WERE ABLE TO GET PICKED UP FROM THE CONDO TO TAKE A TUBING, ZIPLINE, AND RUIN TOUR. THE HOST AND HIS DAUGHTER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING, SHE LET US STOP AT A STORE BEFORE WE GOT TO THE CONDO. THEY PROVIDED TAXI SERVICE FOR AN EXTRA $25. SO CONVENIENT! "

"We LOVED our little apartment. You can be part of the laid back, in town vibe on the front porch or step inside and close the curtains for privacy. On site owner is friendly and very helpful with local info. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants or cook for ourselves as desired. Groceries, fruit/veggie stands are easy walking distance, safe parking, and the apartment contains everything necessary. We will definitely return!"

"I loved this property as it was in the heart of the Garifuna culture. Once you get your bearings and just smile and walk the street and beach, you find amazingly friendly people. The room was simple and functional with a large balcony overlooking the street and beach. Drums banged away until 9PM and stopped sharply.
