"I hope someone from the hotel reads this review because with a few simple changes it could be a hidden gem! The information on this site about the hotel is inaccurate. The use of the pool/spa is not free and in a total seperate building - you require swim hats and is not ideal for children. It is a nice spa with luxourious facilities. Y que decir de los dueños, muy simpáticos y amables, han estado atentos a cada rato de nosotros o si nos hacía falta algo. "El hotel está más cerca del centro de la ciudad de lo que dicen. Las habitaciones son decentes pero el servicio es muy bueno. Nos cambiaron la habitación por un problema y luego, cuando les dijimos que nos íbamos un día antes no quisieron cobrarnos la noche que no usamos. "House could really do with a good cleaning. Beds very comfortable, bathroom and shower ok, but water pressure upstairs is low. Location fantastic for us, the views are amazing. It's 15 mins by car to Castril. It's not a detached house (this wasn't very clear in the advert). We enjoyed it, it's a bit expensive for 2 people but there's room for 5 which makes it very affordable."
