"This isn’t an exceptional villa as the only 5 available reviews state. It is homely and authentic but bedroom furniture is outdated, garden furniture is cheap plastic and loungers were not clean. A small investment to put decent outside furniture in ( the main table is a collapsible camping table ) would really enhance the villa. There wws very little cleaning materials - only an old indoor broom, a dustpan but no brush and a mop. A hoover would really have helped. And there is a major problem...

"Family of six adults for one week in June 24. Villa was plenty big enough for us, we didn't even use one of the bedrooms. Pool excellent, pool maintenance guys came twice to check everything was OK. Villa clean and well appointed. It's a little faded in a few places but nothing broken or poor. Location is great, it's in a quiet area but a 5 minute walk to a well stocked supermarket and 10 minute walk to lovely beaches. Communication from agency (Algarve Holidays) was superb.
