"Je n'ai pas pût me rendre à l'hôtel le jour de la réservation. J'ai contacté l'hôtel 2 jours avant la date pour me faire rembourser ou décaler la date de réservation. Ils n'ont rien voulut savoir et ne m'ont rien remboursé! Très déçu de cette prestation. "

"We arrived at this hotel after some complications with googles directions (google maps does not know where this hotel is) and were greeted by the owner. He took us to our room and showed us around which is when we realized that he does not speak any English so communicating was challenging. In the morning he provided us with a nice breakfast in his beautiful restaurant."

"Nonostante fino a pochi secondi prima fossimo stati al telefono con una collaboratrice esterna, al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno ad aprirci e una volta riusciti a entrare (sfruttando l'apertura del cancello da parte di un altro ospite) ci siamo dovuti arrangiare a trovare qualcuno che desse le chiavi della camera. Non dico "che ci desse informazioni" perché non ne abbiamo ricevute, né ne abbiamo trovate in camera. Nessuna info ad es. sull'utilizzo del wifi, che infatti non abbiamo mai potuto...

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."

"The house was a perfect fit for our family trip to Italy. We enjoyed the location that happened to be centrally located to both family and the city. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean. Enough room to unpack and move around. The extra bedroom / bathroom that is separate from the main worked for us. Three bathroom was an added plus. "We spent a week in this apartment and found it an ideal base for local outings, including Taormina and Etna. Forza d'Agro is a bit like a hill-top Sicilian St Ives - all tiny alleys and steep streets and stairs, with excellent restaurants. The chocolate museum was pretty original too! The apartment is well-equipped and clean, with a lovely terrace giving the most amazing views along the coast and across the valley to the mountains."
