**House Rules for Basement Unit**


1. **Check-In/Check-Out:**
- Check-in time is after 3 PM.
- Check-out time is by 11 AM.
- Please notify us in advance if you need to arrange for different check-in/check-out

2. **Noise Levels:**
- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM, to respect the neighbors.

3. **Parties and Events:**
- Parties and gatherings are not permitted in the unit.

4. **Use of Amenities:**
- The living room, entertainment zone, and dining area are for your enjoyment. Please ensure that everything is returned to its original condition.
- Please do not leave food unattended in the entertainment zone to avoid attracting pests.

5. **Bathroom and Bedroom:**
- Please use the bathroom and bedroom facilities respectfully and leave them clean and tidy.
- For your convenience, there are extra linens in the walk-in closet.

6. **Garbage and Recycling:**
- Dispose of trash in the designated bins provided.
- Follow the recycling guidelines provided in the unit.

7. **Safety and Security:**
- Lock the door when leaving the unit.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.

8. **Parking:**
- Parking is provided, please use the designated spot under the basketball loop on the driveway towards right side only. Ensure your vehicle is parked correctly to avoid any inconvenience to others.

9. **Emergency Contact:**
- In case of emergency, contact Ravi(host) immediately.

10. **Compliance:**
- Please adhere to all local regulations and respect the property as if it were your own.
