Guest Access:
Guests will be given a key and have the entire apartment to themselves. The entrance is through the back of the building. Please note that the unit is on the second floor so luggage will have to be taken up a set of stairs.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is on a quiet and peaceful corner of The Historic Duckpond Neighborhood. If you enjoy old architecture, you’ll be delighted by all the historic houses dotting the streets. Gainesville has many interesting spots to see, from lovely cultural sites to vibrant nightclubs––and our centrally located home makes it wonderfully easy for you to plan a great trip around the city.
Getting Around:
You’ll have an easy time seeing all the sights in Gainesville since our neighborhood is in a central spot and all the downtown attractions are just a few minutes’ walk away. Biking is also a wonderful way to enjoy the beauty of the area. There are many gorgeous Victorian homes to admire around the block.
Other Things to Note:
» You must go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom from the living room
» No food or drink in bedrooms
» Pets are not allowed
» Smoking is prohibited on premises
» Parties and events are not allowed
» No commercial photography
» Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM to 8 AM
» Please do not use hair dye/henna on our premises
» Please only use the provided black washcloths for makeup removal
