This is a private, detached studio apartment over a garage in Haile Village. The entrance is located in the alley with free parking spaces. Private entrance with mud room and then living space upstairs.

Haile Plantation offers local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, nature trails, 4 playgrounds, and more just steps from the front door. Join us for a Saturday stay and experience our local farmers market in the streets just 0.2 mi away.

Enjoy being tucked away from UF campus congestion while still only 5 miles from I-75, UF, Shands, and Celebration Pointe.

There is free parking spaces near the front entrance or you are welcome to park in any of the street parking. You will be able to self check in with a door code provided.

You can reach us through the app during your stay should you have any questions or would like local recommendations.

You are welcome to use the dual monitors in the workspace. We have a USB-C plug for your laptop to charge and connect to the monitors.

We provide Nespresso pods for your stay. We also have a traditional coffee pot under the sink which you can bring your own coffee grounds. Or Patticakes coffee shop is just steps away.
-All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.

-No parties or large gatherings. No more than 2 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted.

- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud outdoor speakers at all times.

- Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, a green trash bin is in the alley behind the house.

- Pets are not allowed inside the home unless they have been paid for and approved. We charge an additional $300 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets in the home without prior permission.

- Please return all games, books, and remotes to their original spot. Our team charges for any items missing upon checkout.

- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.

- Respect our checkout time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.
