Trash in the parking lot. There were sheriff officers parked outside and removing someone when we arrived. It smelled like urine. It was filthy inside and out. Definitely had some questionable activity. The room was gross. Stained walls and bedding and it smelled horrible. I was raised poor and been in some bad conditions but this was awful. Truly. I was legitimately scared to lay in the bed and to sleep. The woman who checked me in was not friendly and basically non verbal but it was 2am she was older and probably exhausted and over it. However, the woman who checked me out and who I spoke to over the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. Staff 👍 place 👎

We stayed four days to evacuate from the Hurricane. When we first arrived, the rooms were dirty, and the bathtub had something that looked like dried blood in it. On top of that the tub had burn marks lined up on the side of it, and when we asked for someone to clean it, we were asked "Were we sure it wasn't from any of us?" We had no choice, but to stay, because all other places were full with evacuees, and we had a Cat 4 hurricane barreling in on us. Not once did they come to clean or change trash, with the only exception of a man who said "No English" when we tried to talk to him, no issue with him, he was nice, but we just couldn't understand each other, came in with a plunger to fix our "not broken" toilet. He did have some cleaner in his hand, but never used it, so we took it and cleaned it ourselves. The bedsheets and pillowcases had blood spots on them, and looked like they never were changed, thank goodness we had some of our own with us, and when we went to the office for extra towels, they were dirty looking, and stained. It was miserable, and disgusting. The only good thing I can say is that the front desk clerk was very nice, and friendly. That is all.....

When we arrived we went to the room assigned to us, and there was someone already in that room. Needless to say, that was quite awkward. When we got another room, the toilet was leaking. Other than that, everything was ok. My son left his apple air pods in the room when we checked out. They did locate them and they worked with us to get them back. So very appreciative of that!

Where do I start? The room was dirty, the walls full of mold, the pillows smelled terrible, the bathroom was disgusting, the humidity inside the room was suffocating. In conclusion, I wont repeat the experience in this hotel ever again. There is not reason for a hotel in the USA to be in this awful conditions.

The man at the front desk was very nice and friendly. However the property had a large line of men waiting outside for most of the night and day. It was a bit worrisome although no one bothered us. The room smelled clean when we walked in the beds were fine even though the pillow were so flat and definitely need to be upgraded. The bathroom and showered were in terrible condition. The flooring in shower was stained in a rust color, the walls and wood need to replaced, repainted and updated badly.

The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and personable. They wanted our stay to be wonderful. Unfortunately, the premises was not up to par. The cleaning service never arrived the four days we were there to clean the rooms. The shower curtain was nasty looking. It may have been cleaned, but it clearly had mildew stains. This was bare minimum at its best.
