Large house. Perfect for reunions and, of course Game Day! 20 Minutes to UF!

Enjoy this spacious home in the beautiful and peaceful neighborhood of Haile that's less than 20 minutes to UF! There are four bedrooms plus a pullout couch in the bonus room to sleep ten people comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The house is just a two-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to Haile Village with restaurants and shops or just a short drive to UF for parent weekends, or student tours, and graduations...and, of course Gator games! This is a perfect place for a reunion!

We also have Wifi for taking care of business while you are away.

In addition to the bonus room with a couch, TV, and game tables, there is an elegant living room, dining room, kitchen dining area, bar that seats five comfortably, and an outdoor patio with a dining table and seating area. A poker table, ping-pong table and dart board add fun for the whole family!

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. There are lovely walking trails all around Haile, and a park just up the street.

What a wonderful house. It was perfect for our needs with bathrooms for every bedroom. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We are so glad it was dog friendly, and our dog enjoyed the walks in the neighborhood and the park just down the street. Would have loved to Keurig. Would love to stay there again.

We had a large group of adults visiting for Easter weekend. We were very impressed with the number of couches and seating available, which is often missing from rentals in our experience. Lots of books and games provided, made it very easy to hang out. Would consider this location again, especially for a relaxing trip where we stay inside mostly.

Absolutely wonderful stay for my family and me during the University of Florida graduation weekend! The house was immaculately clean, modern, and well-equipped. Laura, our attentive hostess, made our experience even more delightful. Despite being a 20-minute drive from the university, the convenient location was no issue for us. Highly recommend! We were pleasantly surprised with this house, the pictures don’t do it justice. So spacious and fun for a family stay, with tons of games, books, and clean towels and beds. My family and I stayed here for my daughter’s graduation, but if I ever stayed in Gainesville again, I would choose to stay here. Thanks for having us.
