We had a Mother/Daughter's weekend and it was wonderful! The staff is so accommodating, our room was beautiful and our spa services were incredible. I think my only negative is the food is very expensive for what you get. We did have an incredible dinner one night but the rest of our meals were average. That being said, the rest of the experience was so amazing that we will definitely be back.

My husband and I enjoyed a one night getaway for our 11th wedding anniversary and everything was wonderful. The staff from check in to check oit were very warm and inviting. The food was delicious at every place we dined and the wine was exceptional. I'd love to go back and stay longer.

I love this property. The staff is amazing. I gave 4 stars because I feel like when you book through Expedia, you get the rooms the furthest away from the lobby or elevators and then some things are missing in the room or just don’t work. This seems to be an ongoing issue for me when booking through Expedia. I feel the hotel gave me the least accessible and put together room. The phones didn’t work, there weren’t any tissues, or soap. Then the cleaning staff gets there at 5:30-6:00pm to clean the room because it’s the very furthest one away. By then, what’s the point?

The holding fee was ridiculous and wasn’t informed when booking. Usually the holding fee is no more than $200, so I’m glad that I did have the funds. More things should be included within every room with the pricing being as high as it was, maybe a free bottle or glass of wine once checked in, free mini cup/glass at the barrels for first time wine tasters so that way opening opportunities to buy wine, or bottles because they would know what to look for. (And of course at room number so no one takes advantage of free small test taster). But, overall the experience was lovely, just pricey/expensive.
