Heading inside from the Cottage's boardwalk front, you'll enjoy "stepfree" entry into a bright and open main floor great room . Relax as you settle into the cozy sofas, warmed by the gas log fireplace, enjoy a good read from the mini library and catch up with everyone's news in total comfort.

We have super fast, fiber internet, should you need to check in at work on your visit
or want to get in some gaming time.

Want to cook? The cottage boasts a well-equipped modern kitchen, complete with plenty of cook&bake ware, dishes, glasses, serving pieces, utensils & silverware, grill tools, a coffee bar with drip maker, bean grinder, french press, keurig, starter coffee, teas and all the add ins, pantry, spices and some starter supplies , a dining table that seats ten, along with a four-seat live edge bar top.

On the deck just outside the kitchen, you’ll find a gas grill (propane provided), a charcoal grill, and a gas griddle (with direct line) for the grill master in your group.
Bar top seating for 4 or a table with umbrella with seating for 8 nearby provides a cozy perch with views of the outdoor games, the fire circle or serene lake below.

Don't want to cook? We are 10 minutes from the square at downtown Gainesville, with so many great restaurants, shops and fun! Or just relax and order up your faves for delivery.

On the Cottage terrace level you'll love the huge great room with rustic hand-sawn beams, a custom-designed bar, a mini kitchen with full sized fridge, table with seating, with stacks of board games, card games and a big-screen smart TV. Perfect for game time!

French doors there lead out to a long covered porch, and a path takes you down to the Boathouse dock with an upper sky deck for lounging even in the cooler months.

The lower back patio is the ideal spot to gather around the fire pit with a stack of firewood ready for you. Pull up a chair, share stories from your day, and enjoy the crisp fall or winter evening by the fire.

On the main level, the two king bedrooms are "step-free," spacious, and equipped with smart TVs and private baths. One features a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower, while the other boasts a multi-jet spa walk in shower.

On the terrace level, the third bedroom offers a fun bunk room with three twin XL bunks, a queen bed, locker closets, and a smart TV, with a full bath featuring a walk-in shower just next door.

Also on the terrace level, the fourth bedroom is a luxurious king suite with its own sitting area, walk in shower with spa tower, double vanity, fireplace, smart TV and coffee bar. French doors open onto your own deck with lake view, perfect for sipping morning coffee while watching wildlife visit the cove.
