Even though it’s 23 minutes from Sunset Marina, we discovered a boat ramp and swimming area on Dale Hollow Lake down the street from the house that was secluded and private. "Cottage had everything you would need. Kitchen was huge with plenty of plates, pans, etc. Very clean. Had a nice fire pit with plenty of wood which I fired up during World Series games. I even brought wood just in case- didn't really need it. Pellet stove for heat worked great though I only used it two nights. Wifi worked smoothly. Nice deck off the kitchen I used for grilling.
