"There is massive construction all around the hotel. Jack hammers Cranes. Lots of noise. The hotel is not accessible by car. Imagine our surprise to arrive at what we thought would be a perfect canal side hotel. We received no notification of the construction and refused to stay on a holiday at this hotel. The hotel refused a refund. Totally unacceptable. Do not stay here. We easily found an alternative, though we paid twice because the hotel was not honorable. We do not recommend the hotel. "
