"The property is a bit on the outskirts of Columbia but everything seemed to be working 15 minutes. We came for my son’s graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. It took 15-20 mins to get on base from the house. House was cozy and comfortable. It did not have basic staples, like dish soap, cooking oil, salt/pepper, etc so plan accordingly. Host allowed for a later check-out, which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"I enjoyed the stay love the property love everything only issue was could not figure out how to get the heat to work and it was freezing in there. Other than that it’s nice inconvenient. I will use again when I visit the area."

"We were visiting Columbia for an international soccer match at Williams-Brice stadium. This meant we did not spend much time in the rental, but it was an easy and cool landing spot. The owner was great to allow us to park on-site prior to check-in, as we did a rideshare into town. Communication with the owner was easy, helpful, and detailed. "Overall, we had a good stay. There were some concerns with the cleanliness/maintenance as we had to sweep the floors and clean two of tubs upon arrival. The property has modern conveniences but could use better general property maintenance (ie, no can-opener, not enough forks, broken glass in dishwasher, caulking, the loose staircase rail, loose floor boards and touch-up paint, etc…). Lastly, ensuring that the patio is clear of leaves and debris prior to check-in is another important note. There...

"We had a wonderful stay in Columbia for our son’s graduation. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Beds were comfy, it was furnished perfectly and super clean. "We booked this beautiful house last minute, and had to contact the host, she was very quick to answer and super kind! The house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and I absolutely recommend it! "
