"We just needed a place to stay while waiting for our home to open on Fort Jackson. The home was suitable for what we needed. Some small things would have made stay five stars. The listing pictures need updating. The couch that is shown downstairs is no longer there and replaced with a black futon. As is, I don’t think this home could comfortably sleep more than 2 adults and 1 small child. There is a cot & mattress in the upstairs closet that we ended up using for our toddler. Paint needs a touch...

"The stay was nice. Two nice bedrooms with comfortable Californian king beds. The Shower was huge, love the rainfall style shower. Very clean, my stay was at the beginning of spring so the pollen was very high and covered my car. A little landscaping around the house would make the place perfect, but I would definitely recommend and return. "

"This is only 10-15 minutes from Fort Jackson! There are also plenty of eating places nearby. Very convenient for our 3 day stay! The apartment was really nice. I wish the listing had more information on amenities - especially for the kitchen. The only drawback was very low water pressure in the master bath - and it took a long time to get hot water. Everything else was very good. "

"Place was as advertise, very clean and cozy. Close to the college and a easy drive to the beach. Brian the host was in contact throughout our stay to check in to see if we needed anything. When coming to Columbia SC definitely reach out to Brian and his staff to stay in one of many of their awesome locations.Thank you Brian for a great welcoming and friendly greeting as we walked in the door the first night.
