Was not happy with shower having black mold on the chalk around the tub and how didn't have hot water in shower. Management sent repair man to fix hot water, but let him go into the room while we were at breakfast without checking with us first.

The room was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave! They have the best pillows I’ve ever slept on. I will definitely go there every single time I go to Guntersville! It is right on the water with beautiful and convenient fishing and boating!

Great value for money, right in the lake. Very clean well kept property with friendly staff. Breakfast was appreciated with the price, above avg quality. Only complaint was the noise level, but my room was on the noisy end of the building. Lake side would be much more peaceful, didn’t bother me specifically

The room was 10 feet from a 4 lane and at an intersection that was busy and loud. We ended up leaving early and getting a room elsewhere. The breakfast was good and the bar /grill was good.

My over feeling was “Meh”. Not horrible is not a great review I guess. Hotels that “upgrade” to these laminate floors need to pay better attention to how they clean them. They easily can feel gross if not properly cleaned. Overall o.k. for the price.

The room we had was on the street side of the building and the road noise was incredible. Good thing we did not spend much time there. It felt like there wasn't much privacy either, when the room door was open, we were at the same position as the stoplight where someone sitting in their car could see in. The room quality was OK, but no clean washcloths were provided when they had been used. Food was good.
