"Unfortunately this hotel is overpriced. The standard not really ok for this price, breakfast i would say quite bad and I was there during winter time where road to the hotel was full of ice where it was easy to fall over and hurt yourself. "

"Stayed in a cabin for a winter adventure with my son. The setting is stunning and the cabins are cosy. Remote enough to enjoy walks through the snowy forest but easily connected to the shops and central Luleå by a regular bus. "

"Beautiful place with very friendly staff. Loved the restaurant - bar and breakfast was fantastic. My only real complaints were not being able to get fresh air in room, and not having a “front desk” before 4 PM. But room was clean and very comfortable."

"Hotellet ligger strategiskt i Luleå. Lite gamla möbler med jag tycker att det var lite charmigt. Bekväma madrasser och helt okej dusch. Fint att det finns färsk frukt tillgänglig för gäster att ta. Restaurangen stänger 20 och vi hann inte testa den. Däremot är frukosten bra, lagom utbud som räckte gott för mig och min sambo. Jag är automatiskt glad med äggröra, bacon och kaffe. Området är också väldigt lugnt och tyst. Trevlig personal med. "

"The kitchen and bathrooms are not properly clean, it's very uncomfortable. Dishwasher was leaking, counters are so worned, i can't even find a scissor from thr cutlery. Overall it's very claustrophobic ambience. There's no effort to make the common area more homey! Very disappointed given the rate is not cheap!"
