"From the moment we stepped inside until the moment we left, we had an enjoyable experience. 24h coffee, lattes, tea and hot chocolate, was served. Breakfast was included and one had a variety to choose from. The rooms were neat and comfortable with a front desk that one could phone for any reason. The gardens are truly a delight and we felt very spoiled."

"The bathrooms need a serious upgrade. You have to call for them to open and close the gate which means you are not really free to enter and exit. Wifi is super slow and constantly disconnects"

"A lovely facility with sizable rooms, nice pool and delicious food. The service was not up to standard as at check in we were not informed of ANY house rules and it was rather challenging when we returned from dinner having being locked out of the entire hotel section and no security guard or assistance was in sight. Luckily a helpful guest was awake and could assist us to get in to our room otherwise it would have been an uncomfortable night outside for us. The management also expressed no...

"We were treated like royalty by the owners, the staff is excellent and very attentive and helpful, the property is wonderful, like a museum, with the most exquisite paintings and other works of art, a beautiful garden and swimming pool, the breakfast is outstanding, the location is perfect, quiet, safe and close to Brooklyn Mall and restaurants.
