"The hotel itself was wonderful, the staff were amazing , the rooms were a perfect size annd clean and the location was quiet. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and some shops too. The location is good but a little far out from the main areas BUT there is a train station 5 mins away and buses nearby so it’s easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel !!"

"Gangnam Artnouveau is a older property and while it has a retro feel probably needs a bit of a face lift. But it was clean and convenient. The kitchen needed a new more dishes and utensils but we ate out mostly so not a great issue. The area was so convenient to the station and shops. Just a word of warning there are 2 hotels with the same name with a kilometre or so of each other so really easy to get the wrong one. "

"There was a family with kids in the room above mine, and the children were making noise, running, and bumping around until 1–2 AM. I asked the hotel staff to address it, but it didn’t help, so I didn’t get a good night’s sleep.
