In front of the house there is a large terrace with a beautiful view of the lake and the bridge. Next to it is the swimming pool and barbecue. You can reach the sea and the nearest beaches in about half an hour by car. Enjoy the natural surroundings in this region as well as the lower temperatures during the summer months.
