The location is stunningly serene, with breathtaking views across the bay and the mountains as a picturesque backdrop. Every morning, we were greeted with the beauty of the landscape right outside the windows, reminding us we were in a truly magical place. The holiday home itself was cozy, charming, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The house’s traditional Connemara charm paired with all the modern comforts made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. From the warm interior to the lovely garden and surrounding stone walls, every detail added to the experience. The peacefulness of the bay and the surrounding countryside allowed us to disconnect from the usual hustle and bustle, while still having easy access to local amenities and the captivating sights of Connemara. This is truly a hidden gem, and we can't recommend it highly enough. "My mom and our two dogs stayed at Lough Inagh Lodge for two nights and had a beautiful time. It’s an extremely well-run and comfortable lodge. Great location. One morning we walked down to the lough in the early light to take in the view and that was glorious. The restaurant and bar offered great food options so we didn’t have to be on the roads at night. And the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Mobile coverage is quite spotty but that was perfect for us (and their wifi worked great). For fellow dog people: dogs are allowed in the common areas other than the bar and restaurant and our girls had a great stay. "

"Wow, what a house ! Spotless, seemed brand new - modern and spacious for 8 plus. Host was so welcoming and helpful! Check in and out was simple. Outdoor space of this property was amazing. Deidra was so friendly and fun, we wanted to have her join our group - great recommendations for things to do, places to go and restaurants, pubs etc. Thank you again ! "

"We stayed in self catering house just few yards from the hotel. The house had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable too. We ate in hotel on first night. Food was excellent. Hotel is very well decorated and clean. Staff were helpful, especially Marian and Kylie. Didn’t use the spa nor the sauna (which you have to pay extra for). The sauna is by the small private beach. Definitely would highly recommend this place."

"My friend and I stayed here two nights and it was such a great stay, the apartment was super nice, the hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating, and the area was really gorgeous. It’s a great place to stay if you plan on going in to Galway during the day, but having a car is pretty essential. We stayed at four other places during our trip to Ireland but this was the best place we stayed at by far."

"After our pervious week in 2022, we were delighted to return to Eileen's rental house. We were warmly welcomed, and then left to settle in. We appreciated Eileen contacting her "fish man" who came by and we purchased fresh scallops, hake and a fish new to us. We enjoyed the remoteness and the comfort of the house, settling in the big chairs to read and watch the changing views of the bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return."
