"The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...

There was a pool slide that didn't seem safe to use near the pool with wasps living in and the pool wasn't very clean. There was no drinking water provided. The fridge was not plugged in or cold. There was a dog on the property that was not listed in the description. I tried to receive pictures of the additional bedrooms from the host for months before hand but she never sent them and...

"Terrible and a scam! We were placed in a house that was not the one in the photos. It’s not even a question of a worn down condition of the same house the owner took the liberty to place my party including (3) children in one of two houses in the property with the shared pool and didn’t confess until the end of 1st night when I called her over to ask what was going on as the condition and the design were completely different. Of course full payment was completed and she told a bogus story that...

"Die Anzeige hatte nahezu überhaupt nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Objekt zu tun. Klimaanlage, TV und weitere in der Anzeige erhaltene Geräte waren nicht vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, der Pool in einem renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Es war mir nicht möglich in diese Unterkunft zu bleiben, habe mir eine Alternative gesucht. Einzig die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief gut. "
