The cottage is a short walking distance to almost everything in town. We loved all the history in Walhalla, the walks in the hillside nearby, the gold mine and we even did a ghost tour! "Property was in excellent condition and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The farm animals ducks, chickens, guinea fowls and alpacas were equally welcoming. Wildlife in the locality was abundant. A lyrebird flew low across the road and parrots and birdlife were abundant. Either plan to self cater or be prepared to travel into Moe for an evening meal though the store in Willow Grove was very welcoming for coffee and breakfast and lunches."
