The great new wooden maisonette apartment is located in the middle of the Stubai Alps. In winter as in summer, the ideal starting point for all skiing, hiking areas and other activities. The bus stop is 30 m from the house and it is only 20 minutes by car to Innsbruck.

The 60 square meter apartment has two bedrooms with box spring beds and wardrobes, which offer enough storage space for the whole family. The spacious bathroom with a large shower, sink with LED mirror and toilet is the ideal oasis of relaxation after a sporty day on the mountain. Towels, toilet paper and hair dryer are of course available. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine with taps invites you to cook. There are no washing-up discussions with us, because the washing-up is done by the dishwasher. ;-)
The comfortable corner bench with dining table has enough space for an exciting game night. The comfortable sofa is perfect for a cozy TV evening.
In addition, the apartment offers a terrace with great seating for breakfast in the sunshine or a cozy barbecue evening with the existing electric grill.
