Positiv: die schöne Aussicht von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer, die Welcome Card mit Berechtigung zu freier Fahrt der Bergbahnen, Bad und Toilette modern eingerichtet. Ein paar Dinge waren nicht so gut - eine Türklinke war defekt (trotz unserer Bitte an Vermieterin würde es nicht gerichtet), die Utensilien der Küche sind minimal vorhanden, Bratpfannen sehr abgenutzt, die Seitenablagen im Kühlschrank sehr lavede, die Duschbrause sehr locker angebracht. "

The owner was extremely kind and helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations for walks, longer journeys and restaurants. This flat works great for a couple or a small family because the floor plan separates the two bedrooms from the kitchen/dining room and bathroom. The pictures accurately depict the flat and its condition. The flat is immaculately kept, and furnished well (it's a real home and not a contrived rental space with IKEA wall-to-wall). "- not clean, dust and dirty floors - can hear neighbours blowing noses and foot steps - not enough hot water, cold showers - no latches for security, cleaning staff walked into our unit startling our young children on our last day! - cleaning staff yelled at my children for being 5 mins late, this is unacceptable - management will talk back, they are condensding and not accommodating - no soap, not enough towels - do not use bread service, it's not accessible - parking is very tight, garage...

"For my wife & myself Haus Michael was the perfect accommodation & at such reasonable price . Close to Gondola , shops , Bars etc. Host Marion was amazing , nothing was too much trouble . Would highly recommend."

"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"Fabulous property in Seefeld. The luckiest part of our stay was to discover the apartment right across the street from the ÖBB train line for easy travel north or south. Apartment was flawless, with all the amenities. I highly recommend."

"Check-in was really hard. No directions. We didn't have an apartment number and had to try every combination of locks to find where we were. There was also jackhammering all day right below us. If we were home all day it would have driven me crazy. Wish we knew ahead of time about that. Beautiful views from the deck. Owner nickel and dimes you including on toilet paper. Pretty crazy."
