"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Charles. L’environnement est magnifique, Chamonix est facilement accessible en voiture ou en train. L'appartement est très chaleureux et très bien équipé (même des jeux pour les enfants). Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine, très agréable après une bonne journée de randonnée. "The staff were so nice and helpful. I got stranded in Annecy and was going to be late for check in but they put my mind at rest and advised on late check-ins provisions. The views are stunning and everything is very close by. Decor is a bit dated but it suits the setting and was more charming than off putting. I would definitely recommend and use again. "
