"My 20-year-old daughter and I spent spring break at Villa 2 - Shrimp and had a wonderful stay! Accommodations were newly-renovated, super clean, close to the beach and an easy walk to Publix and other shops/cafes. We appreciated having our own parking spot right beside our little bungalow; a beach chair; a place to hose off after walking back from the beach; and a lovely shared backyard pool. "Our 3rd stay at Anna Maria. LOvED the location. 5 minute walk to a very quiet beach. Close to trolley stops. Unit very clean and quiet. The shared pool was no issue. Had a family of 5 next door one week. A retired couple the 2nd week. With the beach so close and other things to do in the area, we were rarely at the pool at the same time. Only thing I can suggest is clear out some of the unneeded stuff in the BR closets and the king bed is rather firm and ‘creaky’. But we adjusted just fine....

"We stayed a week and all was positive except the following: on arrival the master bathroom was not clean but we called them the next morning and they promptly had cleaning people take care of it. One other issue was the when using the washing machine the high water flow into the drain siphons the trap allowing sewer gas to smell up the master bedroom. We remedied this by slowing pouring 12 ounces of water into the drain. The also make anti siphon devices to solve this."

"Property was exactly as advertised. Kristi was very communicative to any questions we had prior to our arrival. Rental was clean! Beds were comfortable. Decor was sufficient. Beach was an easy two minute walk, and property included everything needed for our beach stay (towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and wagon). Only complaint... we felt it could have used another mirror in a bedroom or hall, as main bath was somewhat small. Overall, great value for the money! "

"This gem of a property is in a very quit neighborhood. This home is kept immaculate and is a perfect place to stay if you're looking to be close to the best beaches in the area. The owner, Mike, always responded back quickly if I had a question. Excellent 10/10"

"Everything was perfect! We loved the location with multiple access points to the beach. We like how quiet it was with plenty of off street parking. Super new and clean but the beach wagon and chairs and umbrella were so helpful! Not to have to go purchase these items is huge! My husband says best Vrbo he has staid in! "
