"・宿の設備など ２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。 おおむね期待通りの雰囲気の宿だった。 趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。 ・課題 今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。 IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。 若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。 ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。 "

Der Wirt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – ein vorzeitiger Check-In war kein Problem. In nächster Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants und Kneipen, dennoch ist das Ryokan ruhig gelegen. The host was also lovely and gave a few local restaurant recommendations to us. It’s about 25-30 minutes walk from the castle & station, although very easy to get taxis if it’s later in the evening. There are a few good coffee shops within 10 minutes walk also. "
