Bus to the castles picks up right across the street by the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Room stayed comfortably warm in the winter. "

"check in and check out was super easy. the staff was so accommodating and super nice. location was walkable to old town. the hotel itself was extremely quiet and super comfortable. the room we stayed in was massive for European standards. absolutely loved every bit of it. we did not do breakfast the couple days we were there, but it smelled fantastic! "It was very pleasant to stay at Hotel Filser and I would be happy to stay there again. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quiet and had everything I needed. If I may suggest one thing, it would be to improve the lighting in the room,especially in the bathroom which felt a bit dark for my liking. The highlight was the restaurant and the food. I was truly happy with my meals! The breakfast spread was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"The breakfast was the best! The dining room overlooks the beautiful lake and mountains and the food is really tasty. The room we got was a bit tucked in the back and had no view. It was very large and the beds were comfortable enough. It did get quite cold and we had no ability to adjust the heating. Note that there is no parking included with the hotel, there is only street parking and it is only free after 6 PM. "
