"Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk."

"Our stay was very good. The location was excellent. The staff,the service and cleanliness was excellent.The food was varied and catered for all tastes and requirements and was very good. Our only criticism would be when accessing the dining room,the pool bar and entertainment area we were required to be open to the elements (wind/rain} due to no roof or sheltered top in the central area. "Room cleanliness good, breakfast and evening buffet fine. No water provided in the room though and all-inclusive is poor unless you live by the bar and drink lots of alcohol. Pool area very average and water cold. Treadmill in the gym didn't work, mini-golf and jacuzzis have been removed. Never had a pool towel when I went to ask for one. Conveniently located for the airport and golf courses as long as you don't mind aeroplane noise overhead. "

"The host and property are lovely. (Be aware of extra charges) IE, washer, jacuzzi..! A car is essential as nothing near to do, no bars, restaurants or shops. Nice place to just rest, relax and try something different if just passing through. "

"This was a good place to stay, the location is great on the beach and close to Corelajo with an easy and quick bus ride. There is a car rental on site and the front desk can help you get a car if they’re closed or full. This seems like it would be best for families with children under 12 or couples who prefer sunbathing/pool days. My only real complaint is that it’s discouraged to fill up reusable water bottles. "Staff were really lovely, they helped us book a taxi when our shuttle service ever showed up. The room we stayed in had two single beds, it was a comfortable size bedroom and the actual hotel room had pleasant lounging spaces too. The hotel rooms are basic in the sense that it is nothing extraordinarily fancy or elaborate. Nonetheless, the hotel staff were lovey and kind, the pool area was great, cleanliness across the hotel was never an issue."
