"We had a great holiday and loved out time there. We had a couple of issues with our shower/toilet but they were fixed in a heartbeat. Hotel and staff were fantastic and great service. On area of improvement we thought could be around the food, for dinners in particular, but a like most all inclusive buffets. Would highly recommend staying! "

"Beautifully appointed hotel with quality furnishings and fittings superb huge bed . Spacious rooms and social area's. A bit of maintenance required but nothing in your face. "This is a very good resort in a great location. You receive this flimsy card key to wear around your wrist. Either it stops working or it falls off. You need a better solution. I did half board and was not too happy with the food. I only eat meat. There was plenty of it but just not that good. My favourite food item was the made to order omelet at breakfast. "Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk."

"Room cleanliness good, breakfast and evening buffet fine. No water provided in the room though and all-inclusive is poor unless you live by the bar and drink lots of alcohol. Pool area very average and water cold. Treadmill in the gym didn't work, mini-golf and jacuzzis have been removed. Never had a pool towel when I went to ask for one. Conveniently located for the airport and golf courses as long as you don't mind aeroplane noise overhead. "

"This was a standard hotel for a 3 star. It’s what it says on the tin. The beds were really comfy. The rooms were spacious with a huge balcony with private deck chairs for the afternoon sun. Lovely staff. Perfect location.

"We had an amazing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, they accommodated our room requests and gave us a bottle of fizz in the room for my partner's birthday. Great variety of foods and restaurants and beautiful location. The place could do with an update but it is adequate for a 3*."

"Diamond of a hotel at a good price. Lovely pool area, fab sea views, great little friendly bar, supermarket on site who make pizzas for €4.50, the most comfortable queen bed I’ve slept in, new fluffy towels, fab rainfall shower, basic room but all you need. Will be back."

"The apartment was dated but reasonably well maintained and very clean. When I arrived it was like entering a well built and well equipped apartment in 1980! The kitchen fittings, bedroom wardrobes and bathroom fittings appeared to be original, right down to the 3/4 bath and of course the bidet!"
