My mattress had a large dent in. Breakfast was self service and someone had already sat at our table. No milk supplied for cereal, had to wash the used cup so I could have a drink. Nobody available to help. "

"- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid. - It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation.
