"Das Haus befindet sich in guter Lage für schöne Ausflugsziele. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig und es müsste einiges repariert bzw. Instand gesetzt werden, Rollo funktioniert nicht, wird mit Bindfaden angebunden, Handtuchhalter im Bad abgebrochen, 1 Dusche im oberen Geschoss von innen völlig verrostet. Die Liegen und die Lümmelsäcke im Garten sind dreckig. Auch kann die Terasse überhaupt nicht genutzt werden, da sie mit Weinpflanzen zugewachsen sind, sollte unbedingt verschnitten...

"Excellent location with marvellous view, very good for short and longer hiking tours. To recommend "Kaiserschmarrn" at Schützingalm and "Apfelstrudel" at Maiskogelalm Ranch. We very much can recommend to stay there!"

"Die Unterkunft war super an der Piste gelegen und sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber haben sich auch während des Aufenthalts mehrfach erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist und ihre Hilfe angeboten. "This place is first rate, would absolutely stay again. It appears to be brand new, and everything was in impeccable, perfect condition. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation. "Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

Elements Resort Zell am See, BW Signature Collection

"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "
