Holiday Cottage Cabrera:
The rural House Cabrera has 60m² of construction in 2 floors; the upper level has a wood attic which can be accessed by a wooden staircase leaving the upper part totally open. Its terrace of 50m² allows one to enjoy the marvellous seaviews whilst preparing a tasty barbecue. This house features a decorative style, with all kinds of detail, mainly in wood.



Ideal for couples or a family with children.



Also ideal for groups or families of 8 persons to take the two houses Casa Angel and Casa Cabrera, the two are next to each other on the same farm.



This holiday cottage is situated in the south of La Palma, La Isla Bonita, in Los Quemados, municipality of Fuencaliente. It is just 3 km from Puntalarga or La Zamora beaches.







If there is a place on the Island of La Palma that corresponds to the description of a miniature continent it is Fuencaliente, where luxuriant pinegroves, the dryness of its volcanoes and its transparent beaches and coves all combine. In Fuencaliente the oldest volcanoes can be found, the San Antonio volcano of 1677, with a perfect cone and in which is located the Centro de Visitantes de interpretación of volcanoes and from where you can see at the same time the Teneguía volcano,the last volcano in Spain to erupt, in 1971. The eruption of the famous San Antonio blocked the hot springs of Fuente Santa, which received the name of Saint for the miraculous cures that occurred there and gave rise to the name of the municipality. The fame of this fountain crossed the oceans and now receives ill people from all over the world.



As well as enjoying the spectacular Parque Nacional de la Caldera de Taburiente (National Park), one can do all kinds of activities, such as hiking, surfing and different water sports.

Great property, brillant view
Myself and my wife stayed and found the property ideally situated just outside the vilage, 5 minutes by car to the local Spa. Lovely view across the hillside and sea, perfect to watch the sunsets could not ask for better location. Found the property to be very clean and well equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Only negative was the comfort of the beds, a bit hard for our liking. We would recommend however and return.

La casa está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario en cocina, barbacoa, baño y ropa de cama.
Nos han encantado las vistas y la comodidad del moviliario de la casa. Tiene muchos detalles que hace la estancia mucho más acogedora. El entorno es muy tranquilo con muy buena comunicación con una de las carreteras principales. La propietaria es muy comunicativa, agradable y accesible por si necesitábamos algo. Muy recomendable.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr sauber, alles Nötige vorhanden
Das Haus liegt am nord-westlichen Ende von Los Quemados. Es sind nur wenige Kilometer nach Fuencaliente (Los Canarios). Dort befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte, Bars und Cafés etc. Das Ferienhaus ist eine Hälfte eines "Doppelhauses". Die andere Hälfte wird von einem sehr freundlichen, sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten spanischen Nachbarn bewohnt, der tagsüber jedoch nicht da ist. Das Haus besteht aus einer Wohnküche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss sowie einem weiteren Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten im Dachgeschoss. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch eine wunderbare Terrasse, die teilweise von einem schönen und stabilen Holzdach überdacht ist. Es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet und in warmen und angenehmen Farben dekoriert. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir so brauchten. Ein Wasserkocher hätte die Küchenausstattung vervollkommnet, aber Wasserkochen in dem vorhandenen Waserkessel auf dem Herd statt in einem Wasserkocher ist nun wirklich kein nennenswertes Manko (Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau). Auch die übrige Ausstattung - Waschmaschine (die wir allerdings nicht benutzt haben), Fernseher (wer denn das Fernsehen den Naturschauspielen vorzieht), etc. - war umfassend. Auffällig war, dass alles sehr sauber und gepflegt war. Der freie Blick von der Terasse über den Atlantik in Richtung Westen ist sehr schön. Die von hier aus zu beobachtenden Sonnenuntergänge waren traumhaft. Alles in allem können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen. Wenn wir bei einem unserer weiteren La-Palma-Aufenthalte mal wieder im Süden der Insel wohnen möchten, würden wir sehr gerne wieder hierher kommen. Wenn es überhaupt einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gibt - für den allerdings die Vermieter nichts können und der nichts mit dem eigentlichen Haus und der Lage zu tun hat -, dann sind es drei Hunde, die auf dem Dach eines etwa 150 Meter links unterhalb gelegenen Hauses herumlaufen und ständig bellen.

Ein wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Für Entspannung und Ruhe genau das Richtige. Würde ein Mietauto empfehlen.

super Ferienhaus, traumhafter Ausblick
Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle, große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer, im Haus ist reichlich Platz, in der Küche ist alles, was man braucht, es ist sauber und ordentlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wohl. Er war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereich. Vielen Dank!!
