La maison est un peu rustique mais très charmante et tres agréable en plein été, notamment grâce a la piscine, la climatisation et la nature environnante. "This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

Was man vielleicht eindeutiger erklären muss. Die Anfahrtsstraße von Pescia ist abenteuerlich schlecht. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und rutschig. Zweiradfahrer sollten sich gut überlegen dort hinunter zu fahren. Es gibt ca. 200 Meter oberhalb des Hauses eine Parkmöglichkeit. Das Haus ist sehr sparsam...

"We had a wonderful stay in La Zinobita. Giuseppe and Cinzia were welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. The house was clean, comfortable and well kept with Giuseppe cleaning the pool early every morning. There were several terraces to enjoy the sun or shade. The pool was lovely with super views. The property is very well situated within easy reach of the centre and no problems parking outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year."
