Die Wohnung ausreichend ausgestattet, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Startgondel zum Skigebiet ist ca. 10 min. Fussweg entfernt (Hinweg bergab). Wir haben uns deshalb ein Depot gemietet damit wir nicht täglich das Auto nutzen mussten.Wir komen gerne wieder!"

"Our stay at s‘Gmiatli was amazing. We stayed for 5 nights and it was everything we could hope for and more. The Location is super, only a 3 Minute Drive to the Lift in Kappl, which by the way is also connected to Ischgl. The Sauna in the Apartment was fabulous, we used it every evening to losen up after long days on the slopes. The Kitchen in the Apartment is very well equiped and has everything you need. The view is amazing. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. 5 stars in every sense!!!"

"We stayed for a week with our 2 kids. First time we arrived was a bit exciting due to what felt like a very narrow long windy road up the mountain. But you get used to that pretty quickly. "This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. "good size flat . the cleanliness is not like famous swiss standart. lots of dust flaff, a lingering smell, no bed linen on(u have to do it yourself), windows. not like the price they ask for end of stay cleaning. this flat has too much owners stuff in it. the bedrooms were empty cupboards mostly but no kitchen space apart from the fridge, the worst part was the flat manager did not answer the phone and we were not able to pay the tourist tax and get 50% off cable cars+free transport in the area....
