Welcome to the Fruitland Home. We’re beyond excited to have you!

Located in the west of Idaho on the border with Oregon. Easy access to the 84 freeway!! We are a 10 minute walk to downtown Fruitland! We are a 2 minute drive to the beautiful Downtown Ontario, Oregon for all your shopping needs! We are a quiet family oriented neighborhood with recreation in all directions.

I was surprised to find this little gem in Fruitland, ID. Clean, well-stocked, great neighborhood. Easy check-in/out. Will gladly stay there again if visiting.

Our stay was quite pleasant. We did not cook any meals during our stay, however we noticed the kitchen counter was quite sticky and the tile behind the stove looks like it needs to be cleaned. The rest of the house was very clean.

As always, great stay!
This was our third time staying at this property. Nick is such a great host. He is very communicative and always on the ready if we need something. House is always clean and everything is in the kitchen that you would need to make a meal. Will definitely stay again!

Charming house exceeded expectations
Wonderful stay! The home had everything we needed to feel right at home. Great communication with owner and nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean, light open floor plan. Definitely recommend and hope to return during warmer months to take advantage of the huge fenced back yard. Thank you

Rough start but well worth the hassle.
Had an issue with access to start off which put a damper on the trip. As soon as we got a hold of the property owner they made it right. When we finally got in, the place was really nice & pretty clean. The owner was very accommodating. If the access issues were worked out I'd stay again.

2nd time we’ve stayed here!
This was our second time at this property. As with the first, it was excellent! Nick is a great host and very communicative. When I inquired if there was a barbecue to use, he made it happen and one showed up the next day! We’ll be back next time we are in the area.

Very clean property and has all the amenities to use the kitchen. Great appliances, roomy living area and kitchen. Very comfortable beds and very quiet neighborhood. Close to TVCC to drop our son off at college. Great communication with host. Will stay again!

Five star stay
I found this property randomly and am so happy I did. The neighborhood is quiet , a great place to stay which isn’t far from Ontario. The house is clean, and did not disappoint! Easy to find, and equipped with everything you need. I definitely recommend this place, don’t look any further!

The home was in fantastic condition in one of the new neighborhoods in Fruitland. Comfortable beds and a clean house. We couldn't have asked for more. The owner was responsive and the communications were clear. A great experience overall.

We all enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The owner was quick to respond to my messages and was very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

Ideal for a little family
It was a great home away from home in a cute little subdivision. Everything was new and very clean. We did have an issue finding the house with Google maps, but the owners got ahold of us quickly and gave us step by step directions.
