Fantastic rental minutes away from downtown Fruita and super convenient when you want a local beer, pizza, coffee or a bike shop. Loved the country setting, quiet, beautiful and spacious. Had everything we needed to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location out of the city and was very quiet. Close to town and Colorado National Monument. It appeared that place hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

Justin our host was the best ever!! We enjoyed our stay of seven days to the max. The country setting of the smell of the hay being cut with the horses visiting us at the gate in the evening. Most of all the lovely apartment was a perfect home away from home for us. Geraldine

This is a beautiful, clean and easy place to stay. The pastures around it were picturesque. It was clean and comfortable. Jolene responded to my inquiries incredibly fast. Checkin/out was a snap. The internet was a bit slow but we found that refreshing. It allowed us to focus on our trip. We loved staying here and would definitely go back again!

Perfect MTB getaway
Went for ROAM fest and to ride 18 road trails. This spot is perfectly central to all of the good mountain bike trails in the area plus a close drive to downtown. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed! I have stayed here twice!!

Lovely Stay
Perfect property for a couple or close friends. Beautiful, quiet location that is close to everything but far enough away from town to relax and unplug. Owners were responsive and made the rental process pleasant!

Excellent area for 3 senior citizens. The accommodations were perfect.
We were able to enjoy the feel of rural Colorado while still being close to everything we needed. Our group of 3 senior citizens enjoyed the quiet and peaceful area and watched a family of foxes play along the ditch bank. The accommodations had everything we needed. Thank you Justin

Great location for us in Fruita, easy access to biking trails and the nice downtown Fruita area. Apartment was clean and well laid-out. I don't want to write too good of a review as I want it to be available next time we need it but, yes all good!! Cheers!

Fruita Gem
Loved staying here while visiting family in Fruita. Jolene & Justin were great hosts. Everything was super clean and any questions we had were answered immediately. It’s a little off the beaten path so it was super quiet. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our family. I will also be recommending this place to other family & friends to stay here as well. It’s super close if you want to make day trips to Moab & other attractions in the area.
