"Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen, then dined outside on the patio with a stunning view of the hills in Le Marche. The house is just 6 minutes from a market, and nearby, Scarlett’s Bar at the gas station was a fun spot for lunch, espresso, and even dance parties. This place is a real gem for anyone wanting to escape busy life. The hills and driveway are steep, which is common in this part of Italy. With five of us working online, we found good spots for Wi-Fi, and it worked well. The host, Michele, and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent care and making us feel like we were in a 5-star home. We can’t wait to come back! "

"This is a wonderful hotel. Feels like a retreat when you are there. The rooms are simple but clean and the location is amazing to visit St Rita. Staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. "

"Our first views of the villa highlighted it's most amazing location. Conveniently close to the nearby Gualdo,with good road access, and yet located in the middle of the countryside with amazing views in all directions. We loved watching the sheep on the nearby hills, accompanied closely by a large flock of white egrets, the many jays and other birds passing across the property, and on one occasion the three eagles soaring above. The villa itself was very well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The covered outdoor space enabled almost all of our meals to be taken outside and also provided a comfortable seating area. The pool was excellent, a good size and depth, and we really liked the adjacent shower with almost instant hot water. Despite the above we did go out to enjoy the scenery and visit many local towns and villages as well as enjoying the restaurants. Gail was very helpful at all times, and particularly in solving a couple of minor issues with power and wifi/TV. In all a very enjoyable holiday."

"Beautiful hotel in the Heart of Umbria. Lots of tranquil walking trails and private places nearby to relax in. Very close to Rasiglia. Very friendly staff and great breakfast included wwith stay. Highly recommend. "

"Amazing stay at Irene’s place! Place is even better than pictures - so much space!! Ideally for group of 15. Very clean. Easy check in - Irene was there on arrival. Communication with Irene was amazing - answered so many of my questions. Even transported us to supermarket to do our shop (at a cost). Location very remote so car needed. But great if want to be away from it all! Irene was great in helping to organise and cook for us twice - pizza and private chef. Only feedback would be that we price we paid for private chef, it would have been nice for table to be laid and tidy up after as we would expect if paying for a chef to come in. Amazing stay - highly recommend! "

"No hesitation whatsoever to give this house a 5* review. We’re just back from a two week stay with various family (adult and late teen) and the house was pretty much perfect. All 5 bedrooms were en-suite and great, the kitchen and the house in general were well provisioned and comfortable but the main selling point is the outside area- the big table is completely shaded all day but there are plenty of other seating areas in the sun if you prefer, the views are insanely lovely, the pool is a really decent size (big enough for all of us to play volley ball) with enough loungers for everyone. Pictures don’t do it justice, it’s a really lovely private spot, with plenty of gorgeous hilltop towns nearby."

"This is an amazing property in a peaceful location surrounded by stunning countryside. Our check in and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook and eat easily without having to go out anywhere. Be advised that because of the stunning and remote location, a car is essential. Loved it!"
