Très bon séjour
Logement très bien équipé, place de parking privée, résidence sécurisée. Piscine privée accessible en moins 1 min. La plage se situe à 30m. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et très arrangeant. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

The apartment was located right next to the water which was lovely. Be aware that although it is advertised having a pool it is not actually open until June 1st. Be sure to clarify with the host what the check out requirements are as they are not listed and additional fees may be applied.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce bien agencé, très bien placé face à la plage où nous avons profité pleinement des bains tôt le matin. Accueil du propriétaire très sympathique et résidence sécurisée. Tout près de SETE avec ces magnifiques canaux. Merci encore pour cette belle semaine.

Propriétaires très sympas. Équipé d'une belle terrasse, vu sur la piscine, bord de mer. Résidence sécurisée, emplacement attribué pour stationnement. Commerces et restaurants à moins de 5 min à pied. Une navette à proximité pour se rendre au centre ville de frontignan ou à Séte. Idéal pour des vacances en couple ou en famille. Je recommande pour vos prochaines vacances 😉

Une belle semaine
Appartement très bien situé où nous pouvons tout faire à pied… Une fois la voiture sur le parking privé , le programme plage piscine est lancé pour les enfants. Appartement fonctionnel et terrasse sympa. Propriétaire est sympa et disponible. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Merci encore fanny et Guillaume

Appartement joliment rénové offrant des prestations de qualité dans une résidence calme proche de toutes les commodités. Nous avons passés une semaine très agréable et reposante. Appartement idéalement placé
Appartement tout confort, et même suréquipé, rien n'y manque. Tout y était parfait. Seul bémol, le manque de place pour le rangement des effets personnels, mais après remaniement des espaces, tout a fini par pouvoir être rangé. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, nous regrettons seulement de ne pas avoir eu l'occasion de le voir à notre arrivée. Je recommande cette location, pour deux personnes, pour quatre, ça risque d'être un peu petit.

Nous sommes déjà la deuxième fois chez l'invité de M. Delhaye, et ce n'est pas en vain. Pas seulement un excellent hôte, mais aussi une bonne personne. Très bien situé, l'appartement a tout ce dont un vacancier a besoin. Eric, j'ai hâte à l'année prochaine !!!

mais...... chambre trop petite; impossible pour deux personnes d'y dormir. mais....... propreté douteuse; pour le reste, points positifs; la plage,les commerces et bars à 5 mètres, le respect du calme.... bref un bon séjour en moyenne.

Bon séjour!
Bel appartement bord de mer, bien équipé (malgré absence lave vaisselle et machine à laver par manque de place et au profit d un grand frigo), bonne literie, belles terrasses avec vue sur mer, grande douche, proximité commerces appréciables, parking privatif, plusieurs activités possibles et accès plage à pied ! Piscine dans la résidence (générant un peu de bruit du matin au soir mais supportable). Et surtout, propriétaire très sympathique et à l écoute ! Merci beaucoup !!!

Appartement très bien situé
Appartement très bien situé à Frontignan plage: la mer est face à l’appartement et accessible à pied par un portillon et la piscine de la résidence est à 20m de la terrasse. Les enfants se sont amusés comme des fous, la piscine est le lieu de rencontre des enfants de la résidence et ils se sont fait plein de copains. Il y a un restaurant (très bon) accolé à la résidence qui fait parfois des concerts dont on peut même profiter de la terrasse! L’appartement est fonctionnel et propre, le canapé lit confortable. Pas de réseau téléphonique en revanche mais le wifi fonctionne très bien et il est possible de recevoir des appels sur le téléphone fixe. Eric est très sympathique et nous a apporté une bouteille de rosé et une excellente confiture maison. Il était présent à l'entrée et à la sortie dans les lieux.

Le propriétaire est très sympathique et vous donne plein d'infos sur la région. L'appartement est agréable et calme, joliment décorée, dans une résidence calme, avec parking, et la piscine a deux pas de l'appartement. Tout est proche (boutiques, restaurant, épicerie ...) bonnes vacances à tous

Logement grand confort, très bien équipé
Logement très agréable (rénovation récente), équipé comme à la maison (il ne manque aucun accessoire, BOX, aspirateur….). Son emplacement à 50 mètres de la mer et 30 mètres de la piscine, vous fera oublier la voiture (sur sa place de parking privé). Logement au calme, très bon séjour. A recommander !

l'appartement est très bien situé et possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer des vacances agréables. Il est agréable de profiter de la terrasse pour les repas et le canapé est confortable. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins et fait le maximum pour pallier aux besoins de ses locataires. Le seul bémol est le manque de réseau pour les portables : il faut aller sur le parking pour capter. Néanmoins, la location possède une ligne fixe qui permet d'être joignable et la connexion wifi fonctionne très bien. Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour et nous reviendrons probablement

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour (ainsi que ma mère) car la location en RdC front de mer répondait parfaitement à nos attentes (équipement, propreté, situation géographique...). L'accueil qui nous a été réservé par Eric, tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ, était parfaite, cordiale et efficace. Petit bémol, la seule épicerie de Frontignan plage venait de fermer, à se souvenir pour une prochaine réservation !

Magnifique vue sur la mer
Sympathique appartement avec emplacement idéal .Vue sur la mer et piscine a quelques mètres de la terrasse du studio. Appartement propre et propriétaires très agréables et disponibles .Une bouteille de vin nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur!!! Le seul bemol:aucun réseau téléphonique dans l appartement..A part ce petit détail ..rien à dire..!!!!
