"We were very impressed by the breakfast buffet - the variety and the staff tending to the guests. The staff and management at the front desk however seemed somewhat untrained and extremely limited in their role to address guest concerns."

"Well, if you want to visit Schaffhausen, and who wouldn't, this is certainly the place to stay if you are either driving on coming by train. The parking is next door, as is the station. Room was large, clean and comfortable and the hotel's restaurant/bar really nice. It is convenient to everything, and walking distance to all you would want to see. A fantastic place to visit and to stay. Would highly recomment do anyone."

"We stayed for one night only, and it was perfect! The breakfast is super nice with everything you need and more, and attention to detail is guaranteed. The buffet was always refilled and there was never a shortage of anything. We stayed with friends (3 rooms) and got to see that they are all a bit different. Some are a little more modern/traditional than others. Everything was super clean and all of the staff we had contact with very friendly. Also written communication was fast, helpful &...

"I had made a mistake with the booking (booked on the wrong date, so had to book again), so it was a little bit last minute. The hotel itself is adequate, although finding the parking garage is not straight-forward (the hotel personnel was helpful enough to find it, though) and although the city center is walkable, it's not super close. Since we were there on a holiday, many things were closed the next day, so we moved on to our next destination around noon."
