Here’s a spacious home with impressive mountain views in a peaceful Frisco neighborhood! It’s just a short drive to six world-class ski resorts, and it the summer, there’s easy access to hiking/biking trails and Dillon Reservoir. There’s plenty of room for you, your family and friends to stretch out and relax. It’s dog-friendly, too. You’re going to love it!

Windflower Retreat is a 4-bedroom plus loft, 4-bathroom home that’s perfect for families or groups of up to 12 — and with two king master suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two families to share. The living area features soaring ceilings and large windows for a bright, airy feel — not to mention great views of Frisco’s iconic Mount Royal. You’ll enjoy lounging by the gas fireplace after a day of mountain adventures – or catching a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Or enjoy a rousing game of foosball in the loft!

The fully equipped kitchen has lots of counter space, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining table and room for four more at the counter. Just outside you’ll find a deck with an outdoor dining table and a gas grill – and again, those great mountain views!

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer in the home, and a one-car garage with driveway parking for two additional vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Master suite 1: king bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks, TV, desk/work area with printer. (sleeps 2)

Lower Level:
- Master suite 2: king bed, private bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower and 2 sinks, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: queen bed, flat-screen TV, shared pass-through bathroom with shower. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 4: twin-over-full bunk bed, queen futon, TV, shared pass-through bathroom with shower. (sleeps 5)

- Bikes are NOT for guest use.
- Pet Fee: $50 per night, per dog. 2 Dogs Max.

We had a fabulous Fourth with the family in Frisco. The accommodations were great for our stay with plenty of space to sprawl and play with Breckenridge, Frisco, and Lake Dillon really close by.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We were in Frisco for a wedding, and this home was perfect for our group. We had room to spread out and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for cooking. The foosball table upstairs was fun to have, the place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we were happy with the property and would rent again in the future!

The whole family and then some
We filled up all beds in the house, and ours was super comfy. Even though we had a large party, we still felt like we all had our own spaces with plenty of privacy - the walls must be insulated super well! We loved the location between Keystone and Breckenridge, and especially downtown Frisco being super close. We would love to stay there again!

This house has a great layout for a large family, and it is in a very convenient location for lots of activities. Unfortunately it was not at all ready to receive guests when we arrived. Carpets not vacuumed. Showers, toilets and dishes not cleaned properly. It looked like someone had just redone the beds and towels and took off. Pretty disappointing.

Lots of pros and a couple of cons……
The steps to the front door are treacherous. We all entered and left via the garage. The oven was coated inside with grease and when we tried to heat it to 400 degrees, it never reached that temperature. Other than those two things, it was great. Lots of bedrooms and baths, clean overall, ample cook ware and dishes, etc. A happy family experience. Lots to do in the area — boating, hiking, exploring by auto, great restaurants, etc.
